Terrible customer service, I have been trying to contact them for 4 days to make an appointment and there is no way, not only do they not answer the phone, letting it ring and closing the clinic after 15 minutes on hold while the phone continues ringing 15 minutes before closing like me have done today, they don't call you back either. Shameful to be a paying clinic. I'll go to another one where they have a little more desire to work.

I am very happy with the psychologist Michael Hicks, he is a very good person, who tries to understand you and helps you a lot with his knowledge. In that aspect I am very happy. With what I am not, and hence my score, is with the center, and more specifically with the management of appointments. There is no seriousness when they give you an appointment. I've been a patient for about 4 months, I've had about 5 or 6 appointments like a looooong and that I asked to have an appointment at least every 2 weeks. I understand that due to the professional's illness they have to cancel the appointment (I've had 2 appointments canceled for that reason) but that they cancel an appointment due to schedule adjustments, which is my fault when people cancel their appointment. And what's more, they offered me 4:30 p.m., then 4:00 p.m., then 6:30 p.m. and finally 6:00 p.m. And why isn't my 5:00 p.m. appointment possible? Since my last appointment on 07/10, the next one on 07/24 was canceled due to Michael's minor illness. The one from 08/03 at 5:00 p.m. due to the aforementioned schedule readjustment, and the next ones I have are 08/10 at 5:30 p.m. and 09/07 at 4:30 p.m., which I took at 5:00 p.m. for Doctoralia and for the face They changed it at 4:30 p.m. And no matter how many times I call and call, they don't pick up the phone (on WhatsApp if they answer). On 08/02 I called several times and they did not pick up, and on 08/03, after several attempts telling me you are the first to be answered and not pick up, they picked up and told me now I will take care of you for a moment, I waited 5 minutes and nothing. I called again and spent 30 minutes using the line and without picking it up. I continue because I am delighted with Michael Hicks but I am very unhappy and disappointed with the center and particularly with the management of appointments. I am not leaving because I am very happy with Michael and I hope that after this opinion they treat me correctly, I do not eat until now as if my time was worth absolutely nothing and I did not deserve to be treated. The conclusion is that I became insured with ADESLAS only through the psychologist hoping to have at least 2 appointments a month and it has not been like that. Rare has been the month that I have been able to have 2 appointments, with which nothing profitable has come out for me. It has been a waste of money. It would have been better, today, privately. I hope this changes and, in that case, I will post a positive opinion about the center and the management of appointments again.

My experience with the psychologist Melania is spectacular, she is helping us a lot with a problem that our 6-year-old daughter has... but it is a pity that the magnificent work that the psychologists at this clinic do is tarnished with the bad management they have of the appointments...particularly with the girl they have at the reception who answers to the name of Carmen....this girl is dedicated to changing appointments after appointments....I've been wearing heights for six months and she has He came to change up to four appointments without reason... in one of the appointments he called me on the phone and changed the time and when we arrived at the clinic for said appointment he left me for a liar and without consulting with the professional, also add that this girl she disrespected us in front of my children, throwing us out of the clinic in very bad ways and manners, going so far as to slam the door with one of the doors of the clinic...she offered me the recording of the call to which I agreed so that I could see that she It was the one that changed the time at which she retracted refusing to listen to her... continuing with the disrespect and continuous fuss without giving us a solution and with a defiant behavior the psychologist had to leave the office to give us a solution, which was also very kindly the psychologist.... My experience with the psychologist has been fantastic. I had to take a short break due to family problems but before summer I will return with the ñ, without a doubt. He knows how to reach you in an exceptional way. He has very good empathy. It makes you reflect and gradually overcome your barriers or achieve your goals. My little time of disconnection with someone like him was fantastic.
